Ingredients
Makes one dessert-style coffee float.
- 1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2–3 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 shot Sabrosito Espresso, hot or chilled
- 2 whole Oreo cookies
- Sea salt caramel drizzle
How to Build It
The Ice Cream
Add vanilla ice cream to a clear glass. One or two scoops works, depending on how much dessert commitment you are ready for.
The Oreo Crunch
Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the ice cream so the cookie pieces mix into the espresso and melted ice cream.
The Espresso Pour
Pour one shot of Sabrosito Espresso over the ice cream and crushed Oreos.
The Cookie Top
Add two whole Oreo cookies on top for that dessert-shop look.
The Caramel Finish
Drizzle sea salt caramel over the top and enjoy right away.
Hot or Cold Espresso?
For a faster, creamier melt, pour the espresso hot. For a colder summer version that holds together longer, chill the espresso first.
Sabrosito Note
The sea salt caramel adds a sweet-and-salty finish that helps bring out the vanilla, Oreo, and coffee flavors while giving the dessert a little extra contrast.
Sharing is optional. Strongly optional.
Recommended Coffee
Make it with Sabrosito Espresso
Sabrosito Espresso gives this dessert a bold coffee flavor that cuts through the vanilla ice cream, Oreo cookies, and caramel. For a lighter coffee taste, you can also use a small pour of strongly brewed Sabrosito Daily.
